Welcome to FunnelSwift.net ("FunnelSwift", "Service", "Platform"), operated by SwiftSoftware ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for, accessing, or using FunnelSwift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
FunnelSwift offers both Free and Paid Subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless cancelled prior to your renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew. Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. SwiftSoftware may modify plan pricing with advance notice.
You agree to use FunnelSwift only for lawful purposes. You shall not: use the Service to build or transmit malicious code, phishing pages, spam, or unlawful campaigns; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code; attempt to bypass rate limits or security mechanisms; host content that violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
FunnelSwift and its underlying software remain the exclusive property of SwiftSoftware. You retain ownership of all content and data you upload or generate through FunnelSwift ("Customer Data"). You grant SwiftSoftware a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit your Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service.
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
FunnelSwift is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. SwiftSoftware shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. SwiftSoftware's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or $100 if on a Free Plan).
